Q: What should I do if my brackets/bands are broken or wires are poking?

A: Call/email us with your concerns. Dr. Ikeda and Dr. Righellis will evaluate each patient and communicate with specific instructions.

Q: I’m almost out of wax/elastics. Where can I get more?

A: While many local and online stores carry orthodontic wax and rubber bands, we have made them available for pick-up at our office entrance door in envelopes. Please take only what you need. 

Q: What if I run out of my Invisalign aligners?

A: We recommend staying in the last set of aligners you have.  You can also call/email to arrange a drive-by pickup of additional aligners if your last aligners are in poor condition.

Q: Shoot, I broke/lost my retainer. What to do?

A: Send us a picture of your broken retainer so Dr. Ikeda and Dr. Righellis can troubleshoot. If you lost your retainer, give us a call.

Q: My appointment was cancelled due to the shelter-in-place order. When can I reschedule?

A: Unfortunately, the governing bodies do not have a clear timeframe of when orthodontic offices can re-open at our full capacity.  We are following the announcements clearly, and you will definitely hear from us via email/phone when we find out!
